These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.iwcloud.me and the purchase/use of our WordPress plugins (“Products”) provided by Instant Web Tools, LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or purchasing plugins, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or purchase our products.

2. License & Usage

  • Plugins are provided under a one-time purchase, single or multi-site license depending on the product.

  • You may install and use the plugin on your own websites as allowed by the license.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the plugin code without explicit permission.

3. Payment & Refunds

  • All payments are one-time unless otherwise specified.

  • Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Instant Web Tools, LLC. Contact us at dennis@iwt.one for refund requests.

4. Updates & Support

  • Purchased plugins include future updates for the same product version and 1 year of support.

  • Support includes installation guidance, troubleshooting, and configuration help.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All plugin code, documentation, and branding are the property of Instant Web Tools, LLC.

  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Plugins are provided “as-is.”

  • Instant Web Tools, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
